RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Legacy Athletics stands behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can

return the product within 30 days of receipt. The return policy does not cover normal wear and tear,

AND damage caused by improper use or accidents. Once your product has been received, we will

determine if your return/exchange will be approved. Items will not be approved if they have been worn

or washed. The return policy covers manufacture defects to the material or design.

 

RETURNING ITEMS

Whether you are returning or exchanging you will need to include proof of purchase (online receipt and

email) with the returned product. In some cases quantities may be limited and out of stock when your

item is returned. If this happens, you may choose a new item or we will refund your payment for the

purchased amount.

 

RETURNS BY MAIL

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier

that can provide insurance and a tracking number. Legacy Athletics is not responsible for any packages

lost in transit without proof of tracking. Any product that is not approved for a return or exchange will

be sent back to the customer at their expense.

 

RETURNS

Once your returned product is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received

your return. After inspection, we will notify you if your return has been approved or denied. If approved

we will apply the purchased amount to your original method of payment.

 

EXCHANGES

We only replace items that are defective or damaged from the manufacture
